2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancellation Process: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account & following the provided cancellation instructions.
  • Effective Date: The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the ERP software until the conclusion of that cycle.
  • Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for the remaining days within the billing cycle.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions

  • Effective Date: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current annual subscription period.
  • Refund Policy: Once the payment has been processed, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.

2.3. Refund Requests

  • Eligibility: Refund requests are evaluated individually. Generally, refunds are only offered in the following situations:
    • You were charged for a subscription renewal without prior notification.
    • You encountered a technical issue with the software that could not be resolved by our support team.
    • You were incorrectly charged or billed for a plan you did not select.

3. Non-Refundable Items
  • Setup Fees: Any fees related to setup or installation are non-refundable.
  • Customization Fees: Fees for customization or professional services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Add-On Services: Additional services or third-party integrations purchased are non-refundable.
