2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1. Monthly Subscriptions

Cancellation Request: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation procedures.

Effective Date: The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the ERP software until the end of your current subscription period.

Refunds: No refunds will be provided for the remaining days of the billing cycle.

2.2. Annual Subscriptions

3. Refund Policy
3.1. Free Trial Period

Eligibility: If you are using our ERP software under a free trial period and decide not to continue with a paid subscription, you will not be charged, and no refund is applicable.

3.2. Refund Requests

Eligibility: Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Generally, refunds are only available under the following circumstances:

4. Non-Refundable Items

Customization Fees: Fees for any customization or professional services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.Add-On Services: Any additional services or third-party integrations purchased are non-refundable.
